The vibe

If you love a good reset, take pride in the little details, and don’t mind being the person who makes everything feel fresh, you’ll fit right in. This role blends housekeeping + laundry to keep our community looking great, feeling welcoming, and staying seriously sanitized. You’ll usually have a “home base” (housekeeping or laundry), but you’ll also be the kind of teammate who can jump in where needed—because we’re all about teamwork.

What you’ll do

Make it sparkle

  • Dust and polish furniture, picture frames, mirrors, and décor so spaces feel bright and cared for

  • Wash and disinfect countertops and sink areas using our proven processes (clean and safe is the goal)

  • Mop and disinfect bathrooms and floors with precision; vacuum carpets until they’re chef’s kiss

  • Keep things stocked and ready: refill paper products, top off soap dispensers, and handle trash removal

Keep the community crisp

  • Vacuum and mop common areas like nursing stations, hallways, med rooms, and utility rooms

  • Make sure public spaces and bathrooms on each unit stay spotless and sanitized

  • Take on detailed or special cleaning projects as assigned—because sometimes it’s all about that deep-clean glow-up

Laundry game strong

  • Keep washers and dryers running smoothly throughout your shift

  • Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and care for resident clothing, linens, rags, and mop heads with attention and respect

  • Deliver clean personal items to residents promptly—with a friendly, “we’ve got you” touch

Be a solid teammate

  • Pitch in on additional tasks as needed to support the community—no drama, just teamwork

Why you’ll like it here

You’ll be part of a crew that values consistency, pride in your work, and showing up for each other. Clean spaces matter—and you’ll be the reason our residents feel comfortable and cared for every day.
