Christian Living Communities (CLC) is seeking a dedicated Executive Director to lead Clermont Park, where older adults live rich, fulfilling lives supported by exceptional care and service.

Your Impact
As Executive Director, you’ll provide strategic leadership across all areas of the community, including residential living, assisted living, and skilled nursing. Your mission? To create a thriving, inclusive environment where older adults can age with dignity and purpose. You’ll guide a high-performing team, inspire excellence, and ensure that operations run smoothly, compassionately, and in alignment with our core values.
What You’ll Do
Champion CLC’s mission and values through daily leadership and strategic planning
Oversee all aspects of community operations—residential, healthcare, hospitality, and budgetary
Collaborate closely with the Associate Executive Director (aka our Nursing Home Administrator)
Lead and mentor a diverse, passionate team through supportive performance management
Partner with Sales & Marketing to meet community occupancy goals with heart and innovation
Cultivate programs that enrich resident experiences and foster engagement
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and ethical standards
Create and maintain a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for residents and team members
Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the greater community
Participate actively in the broader CLC leadership network, helping shape our future
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in senior living or health care administration, especially in CCRC or multi-service settings
Strong financial and operational acumen

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration or other related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possession of an unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator’s license in the State of Colorado preferred.
- 5 or more years experience in a senior related field, LTC administration, SNF or A/L preferred.
- Knowledge of third party reimbursement systems helpful.
- Experience in personnel management, relationship sales, strategic and operational planning required.
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in the use of relevant technology applicable for the position.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written (English).
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
- Light physical effort required by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.
- Sits, stands, bends and moves intermittently during working hours.
- Is subject to frequent interruptions.
- Frequently interacts with relevant stakeholders including team members, applicants, hiring managers, developers, consultants, brokers.
