Frontline Recruitment Specialist

  • Reports to the VP of Human Resources
  • Office Hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Job Description

The Frontline Recruiting Specialist provides support and direction on the frontline recruitment process, sources, and channels.

  • Serves as the main point of contact for all frontline recruiting support
  • Provides timely and visual review of applicants who have applied via the applicant tracking system.
  • Reaches out and connects with new applicants to assess fit and interest in open positions.
  • Utilizes telephone, resumes, electronic applications, certifications/licenses, and assessments to determine if candidates meet the minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities to be a good fit for the position.
  • Completes pre-screen phone interviews and documents candidate responses, effectively screening in or out of the recruitment process based on position requirements.
  • Develops interview schedules to ensure qualified candidates are evaluated.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS - Frontline Recruitment Specialist

Required Education:               Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications marketing or related fields from an accredited college or university or combination of recruitment experience and education.

Required Experience:             3 years’ as a full lifecycle recruiter

Preferred Experience:             Experience in volume hiring or working in staffing agency; experience in a long-term care, hospital or healthcare environment
