4. We cook or order out as a team at least once a week.  I am a good cook and come up with some creative recipes. Everyone comes back for seconds. 

5. My door is always open, and I’m here every day. I value my team’s opinions and input, and we meet weekly to discuss how we can better serve our guests and continue improving as a shop. 

6. We have an all-star crew already that is willing to help each other figure out tough problems. Of the  techs currently on our team there is a combined 140+ years of experience.  We rank 11/339 stores in labor hours completed.

7. Our service advisors are 1st class and are specifically assigned to each tech. Every tech has someone to go to that knows whats going on.  All 4 of our advisors will be receiving National Performance awards this year for being among the best in all of Christian Brothers. 

8. This is more than a job for me, its personal. This is what I do, its's my blood, sweat, and tears. Over the last 23 years I have done every job in this shop. I started working for my father in this store 23 years ago and bought the store when he retired 5 years ago. Since then our sales have continued to grow and now we rank in the top 10% of all CBA Locations. I care deeply about this business and its people.

Automotive Technician - A Level Tech

Job Overview:

We are looking for technicians who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technician we are looking for has to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our guests.  They need to be able to complete 40+ labor hours weekly while diagnosing complex issues. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests
• Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate  concerns 
• Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
• Efficiently navigate a computer

• 10+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• Excel at diagnostics and drive-ability problems.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
• Meet or exceed 40 hours per week
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication - willing to work in a customer centric, team-oriented atmosphere
• Current driver’s license
