Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Overview:

As our Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll turn data into decisions—partnering across Finance and the broader business to deliver insights, automation, and applied AI that move the brand forward. You will build and improve dashboards, models, reporting, and analytics processes; streamline and automate recurring workflows; and translate complex analysis into clear, executive-ready recommendations. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who enjoys bridging business needs and technical solutions to drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities:

Data Analytics & Insights

  • Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources (financial, operational, customer, and third‑party data)
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for leadership and cross‑functional teams
  • Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support strategic decisions
  • Translate complex findings into clear, executive‑ready insights
  • Clearly prepare, summarize, and present findings to company leadership and/or business units via published articles and presentations

Artificial Intelligence & Automation

  • Design and deploy AI‑enabled solutions (e.g., forecasting models, anomaly detection, recommendations, etc.)
  • Enhance automation and standardization of reports, methodology, and measurements
  • Leverage generative AI tools to automate reporting, analysis, and internal workflows
  • Develop and maintain predictive models using machine learning techniques
  • Partner with business leaders to identify high‑impact AI use cases and prioritize ROI‑driven initiatives

Tools, Systems & Governance

  • Write efficient SQL and Python code to extract, transform, and analyze data
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and documentation standards
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering Team to manage BI software relationship, use, and development

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • 2-5 years experience using BI tools: Domo (preferred), Tableau, PowerBI, or equivalent
  • 2-5 years experience in business reporting, analytics, or statistical analysis
  • Proficient in data science methods
  • Prior experience with one of the leading AI platforms (ChatGPT, MS Copilot, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
  • Familiarity with data warehousing practices and tools such as Azure
  • Functional understanding of database query writing (MSSQL/MySQL)
  • Understanding of Python in relation to data science
  • Proficient in web tools, Microsoft or Google office suites
  • MA/MS/MBA preferred, BA/BS is required
