Job Overview:
As a Shuttle Driver for Christian Brothers Automotive, you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation to and from our shop for our guests. You will drive our branded vehicle and are expected to adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service by greeting our guest, assisting with getting in and out of the shuttle, and ensuring the shuttle is clean and comfortable.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing safe shuttle service for our valued guests
- Treating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brother's values.
- Assisting the shop with parts pickup, return, and other errands, as needed.
- Billing statement reconciliation.
- Phone answering.
- Keeping the facility clean as assigned
- Potentially assist office staff with clerical tasks
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Valid state driver's license
- Meet required insurance driving record parameters including a clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years
- Eligibility for employment
- Enjoy a fast paced environment (we work hard but like to have fun doing it!)
- A safety conscious attitude
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (Great conversationalist).
- Drive to serve others
- Team player mentality
- Ability to seek and accept coaching and direction
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear
- The employee is occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
- Being dependable for work hours between Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Hours per week, 25-30. This is an hourly position.
