Position Summary

Will bring enthusiasm and commitment to our customers and team members everyday while creatively and effectively expanding our brand identity and awareness. A go-getter who can assist customers and staff with a warm personality. Ability to understand automotive repair and communicate vehicle needs to our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processes
• Greet incoming guests and checking them in and out of our system
• Coordinate and provide shuttle services as needed
• Build repair tickets (source parts and labor time)
• Explain automotive repair needs to our customers

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and customers
• Outspoken, friendly, customer focused attitude required
• Experience engaging with community members and local organizations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Ability to work Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm
• Automotive knowledge required
