Job Title:    Automotive Service / Sales Manager

Christian Brothers Automotive in Alpharetta is looking for a high performance, high achieving, sales oriented Service Manager for a high volume shop in an affluent market.

Our position is as a Service Manager, and the primary responsibility is Sales and Profitability. As you know, the highest sales and profit results are only possible while providing outstanding customer service and open, honest communication. We have excellent customer reviews, an overwhelming commitment to service, and always doing the right thing.


We have really strong technician teams. We have an L1 Master Tech in every store who can accurately diagnose and actually fix broken cars. We have the OEM diagnostic equipment and subscriptions so that we don’t have to refer work to the dealer. We also have high capacity B Tech’s for changing parts, and dependable, experienced, mature C Tech’s for completing maintenance. We have a strong emphasis on maintenance and are a top tier account with BG.

Position Summary:

As a Service Manager with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person that our customers look to when they need help with their vehicle.  You are the person that our customers see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with our customers.  
Our Service Managers have the responsibility of taking our customer through the entire repair process, keeping them informed on the status of their vehicle and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience Preferences:

Candidates must have prior experience as a Store Manager in a high volume aftermarket automotive service center. Candidates must also have P&L experience as a Store Manager.

Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Graduation from an industry recognized service training program also preferred but not required.
Experience with R.O. Writer is preferred, but not required.
