Recruitment Resourcer

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join Christian Alexander Recruitment, an established but expanding recruitment business based near Malvern.

The successful Recruitment Resourcer will be liaising with both candidates and clients and will undertake a mix of recruitment and resourcing roles within our team.

Your main focus will be to find high calibre talent for both existing and new clients.

You should demonstration experience with IT and digital, have knowledge of industry tools including Job Boards, LinkedIn and social media.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you should be able to work on your own initiative and the have the desire to contribute ideas.

The successful Recruitment Resourcer can expect to work in a rewarding and friendly environment with the opportunity to quickly progress to a consultancy position.
