Job Description
- Handle scheduling, patient check-ins, intake forms, and billing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate EMR records and prepare therapy equipment (heat packs, ultrasound).
- Keep treatment rooms organized; monitor supplies; assist with appointment reminders.
- Uphold confidentiality and support a clean, efficient clinic flow.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with scheduling software and EMR systems
- Experience with patient intake; insurance verification a plus
- Willing to learn therapeutic support tasks and business tools
- HIPAA compliant and committed to patient confidentiality
- Flexible to assist during busy times and cover occasional evening/weekend shifts
- Positive, adaptable, and open to feedback and training
Additional Information
- Compensation: $16–$24/hr (≈ $33,000–$50,000 annually, plus potential incentives), based on experience. Entry-level candidates may start at $16–$18/hr.
