Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the Digital team in daily operations and project execution, including:
  • eCRM operations and project management.
  • Coordination with external agencies and partners.
  • Management and optimization of both B2C and B2B websites.
  • Take ownership of digital projects of varying scope and complexity, from conception to delivery.
  • Build campaign and promotional pages using the internal Content Management System (CMS).
  • Develop and implement tag plans to support tracking and analytics.
  • Collect and consolidate data from both online and offline sources.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and deliver regular performance reports using Google Data Studio and/or PowerBI.
  • Monitor, interpret, and communicate trends in digital metrics and KPIs to drive actionable insights.
  • Support the team in the implementation of process simplification and automation.
  • Assist the team on item management tasks (GDSN, GS1) utilizing digital content syndication platforms.

 

Qualifications

1. Experience & Background

  • Solid understanding of the marketing and digital landscape.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 18 months of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in several of the following areas:
    • CRM
    • UX/UI
    • SEO/SEM
    • E-commerce
    • Email marketing
    • Content management / CMS
    • Reporting and marketing data analyst
  • Experience with Amazon, Azure or GCP stack is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with GDSN, 1WorldSync / Syndigo interfaces, or major DAM platforms is a strong plus.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Data Studio, or PowerBI are highly desirable.

2. Key Skills

  •  Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
  •  Tech-savvy with a broad range of digital skills.
  •  In-depth knowledge of digital marketing activities and strategies.
  •  Demonstrated experience in process simplification and automation.
  •  Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative in managing tasks and projects.
  •  Excellent organizational and communication skills.
