Job Description

The Billing Specialist oversees invoicing and sales Contract of European and MEA markets, provides support for process improvement initiatives related to the Company’s financial systems projects and drives initiatives within the Company to improve European Financial processes by leveraging technology, being specifically attentive to financial systems supporting accounting and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Controlling all sales conditions related to price per product to match management guidance (Bidding sheet approved, sales contract, or weekly spot pricing per regions and product family)
  • Maintain and control core financial ERP system master data related to customer and items (addresses, emails, categories, pricing, credit limit, payment terms…), with a good understanding of it and regular control process
  • Analyzing credit risk of any customer and support compliance procedures prior activating a new customer
  • Invoicing transactions initiated from European sales representative once shipments are completed
  • Manage credits and debit transactions to control end to end sales data for a customer portfolio
  • Communicates invoices through proper channel to each customers, and archive
  • Participate to improvements projects related to the function area (increase invoicing efficiency, study automation, roll out use of billing Web portal, …)
  • Prepare year end conditions rebate as per sales contract (customer bonus incentive computation)
  • Review and check Customers invoices related to sales contract (bonus, conditions)
  • Develop effective working relationships with other departments, groups and personnel with whom work must be coordinated or interfaced

  • Language skills : English mandatory, any other language will be considered a plus
