SUMMARY

Execute principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by compiling information, processing different accounting transactions and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Establish, maintain, and coordinate the accounting records in a timely manner with accuracy and integrity of the balances
2. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare journal entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions
3. Record bank transactions in the General Ledger and process other GL entries
4. Preparation of accounts reconciliations
5. Contribute ideas and recommendations which leads to process improvements
6. Cooperate with other team members in day to day processes (GL/AR/AP area)
7. Prepare ad-hoc reports on request
8. Participation in system and process implementation
9. Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's Degree (or similar) in Finance/Accounting and at least three (3) years of accounting or financial audit experience
2. Ability to produce and analyze financial data
3. High level of accuracy with the right attention to detail, ability to keep deadlines and set priorities
4. Experience in working for a multinational company and within a team
5. Good communication skills in interacting with all levels of an organization
6. Self-motivated, operates with a sense of urgency and demonstrates high learning agility
7. Ability to work independently within a team environment and focus on results
8. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule
9. English written and spoken required; other European language(s) are a plus
