Job Description

The Rep Human Resources is responsible for the administration management and for the payroll management process for the Chiquita employees in the Europe and Middle East region (EME). (S)He is responsible for reviewing all payroll & admin components for accuracy and payment on a timely manner and as required for each country. Also (s)he is responsible for managing a defined area of recruitments needs within EME.

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Supervise HR administration for EME (maintenance of ERP integrity, legal obligation, employees’ requests…)

·         Coordinate duties in relation to the recruitment and selection process (Shortlist candidates, liaise with agencies, and coordinate interviews with applicants)

·         Coordinate monthly payroll processing in coordination with External payroll provider

·         Reconcile month end data and prepare required documents

·         Prepare Social Security and Withholding Taxes monthly statements

·         Act as a first point of contact (internally & externally) and problem solver for payroll/administrative issues.

·         Assist in special projects as assigned by management

·         Responsible of the filling of the payroll documents

·         Assigned to other activities related to Human Resources

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

·         Bachelor degree in HR/Administration or equivalent

·         Solid knowledge of payroll (Swiss Payroll)

·         Proven work experience in Human Resources (5 years or more)

·         Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills

·         Knowledge of Workday and ADP streamline

·         English written and spoken required; other language is a plus
