·         Control and manage the reclassification of inventory (Container Stripping), monitor the execution of stevedore file in JDE, own the Stevedore File web site and batch related process, 3rd part purchase orders, and EMEA purchase, inventory reconciliation for Vessels and Market Branch/Plants and physical inventory counts.

·         Create, distribute the EIT (End in Transit) inventory reports for all Chiquita legal entities, including follow up for reasonability of inventory.

·         Support Global Banana Shrinkage analysis reconciling on a monthly basis with Financial Analysis department

·         Provide support and key information that feeds the JDE Systems, Allocation department, Invoicing department, General Accounting department and Financial Analysis department.

·         Interact with solution with market/allocation/stevedores/invoicing/controllers department and provide feedback to solve specific issues and improve processes.

·         KPI`s reports to monitor the inventory accuracy/deviations and evolve in a continuous improvement dynamic.

·         University degree in Logistics/Supply chain or related field

·         Precise, accurate

·         System oriented (Excel – ERP)

·         Organized

·         Supply chain and Accounting basic knowledge

·         Flexible in work organization : be ble to meet target dates (workload is fluctuating over the month (peak at the month end, such as weekly the Mondays).

·         Good communication skills to work with different culture, departments, and solve situations with others.

·         English is mandatory, any other language will be considered a plus
