Job Description

  • Order office stationery and supplies
  • Upload Office invoices in the system
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Answer and redirect office phone calls
  • Book meetings and make travel arrangements
  • Organize, store and print company documents as needed
  • Maintain internal databases
  • Support the Sales Managers and employees in the Greek Office
  • Assist the Global Marketing team to implement marketing initiatives locally
  • Translation and localization of different materials

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Greek and English
  • Experience in Administrative roles would be a plus
  • Experience in Marketing roles would be a plus, but not required
  • Experience with fresh products would be a plus, but not required
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Pro-activeness and problem-solving attitude
  • Team player
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with office equipments, including printers and fax machines
