Children’s Therapy Center’s is looking for a dynamic individual to provide exceptional accounting and bookkeeping in a creative, fast paced environment. 

Job Description

  • Manage full cycle payroll processing; including quarterly reports
  • Complete 403(b) initial withholdings and 3rd party reporting
  • Manage accounts receivable including postings, ledger tracking and collections
  • Maintain and reconcile ledger accounts, including payroll and receivables.
  • Administrative, back-up support, and filing for Accounting-Finance Team
  • Work collaboratively to ensure the organization follows all state and federal laws, and the requirements of funders

Qualifications

  • Higher education in accounting or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ related experience
  • Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
  • Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Past experience working in the GL preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills.
  •  computer, and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented, and quick learner
  • Ability to efficiently perform numerous tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software; Dynamics GP experience a plus
  • Willingness learn and assume duties and tasks as needed
  • Passionate about contributing to a team and helping children with special needs reach their full potential!

Schedule: 

This position is available full time, 40 hour per week

Compensation & Benefits:

Children’s Therapy Center offers equitable and competitive pay commensurate with job-related experience and education.   The pay rate range for this position is $21.59-$35.38 per hour dependent on related experience and education.

Our comprehensive benefits package includes generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and continuing education benefits.  Supplemental/premium insurance options are also available.  Eligible employees can enroll in our retirement plan with their first paycheck and will be eligible for company contributions after their first year of employment.
