We are looking to hire a Creative Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Creative Sales Coordinator partakes in the team’s overall business development and the design and updating of personalized reporting for new and existing clients. This role may go with senior team members to meet with clients to assess current offerings, develop and launch new services, and resolve any open issues.
Salary range: $44000 - $52000 per year.
Schedule and attend client meetings to engage them to utilize our services.
Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of multiple projects at any given time.
Assess project issues, brainstorm and identify solutions, bring proactive solutions to the team to ensure quality, productivity, and timing are not jeopardized.
Develops potential strategies to enhance further client relationships based on issues documented during client visits. Ensure all our projects are on track with project deadlines, requirements, and schedules.
Negotiate with the client to create appropriate bill rates, contract terms, and fees.
Launch effective project communication plans and ensure the team adheres to quality standards working under an implementation discipline of change management control.
Track progress and review project tasks to ensure deadlines are met appropriately.
Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
Track and report on project milestones and deliver the reports to management.
High school diploma or GED required.
1-2 years of management experience in a related field required.
Proves a positive and professional attitude, upholding composure under pressure.
Proven ability to think tactically and focus on business growth.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Desire to leverage data to drive decision-making.
Demonstrated interpersonal, written and organizational skills along with a proven ability to work independently.
Computer competency required including electronic spreadsheet, databases, work processing and network
