Job Description

Support the HR Generalist in the day-to-day administrative tasks and activities.

  • Reviews, prepares, and submits weekly temporary labor hours.
  • Attendance tracking.
  • Personnel file organizations and archives.
  • Assists in creating onboarding training documentation, this may include working with Supervisors and Team Leads.
  • Assists with safety activities for the facility to include training documentation and updating policies as required.  
  • Use PowerPoint to create visual presentation for employee communication on tv displays. 
  • Assists with employee activities and recognition, including ideas for new activities.  
  • Creates and updates reports using excel. 
  • Recruits for open positions.
  • Assists with training employees on the ADP website.
  • Other activities and projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Business Major with focus in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience working as a team member for an organization.  Prefer previous office work experience.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Positive, upbeat individual who can work well with a variety of people.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing / warehouse environment.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Part Time position working approximately 15 hours per week.
