Shipping/ Receiving Clerk is responsible for Shipping, Receiving and supporting Production.  This position is responsible for the accurate shipment of product from the warehouse.    Receiving, unloading and accurately putting away all received shipments.   This position supports the Production Department in moving finished goods to accurate location and supplying presses with needed materials.  

• Interpret pick lists rapidly and accurately, find and pick parts accurately.
• Builds shipment by packaging and labeling various groups of parts properly to ensure they are not damaged during shipping.
• Transacts serialization of parts as needed.
• Processes shipment completely and stages for pick-up.
• Follows proper inventory procedures and policies at all times.
• Monitors access by local employees and vendors in the shipping and warehouse areas.
• Performs cycle counts and inventory transfers as required.
• Receives, unloads and accurately move all received items to proper inventory location or department.
• Monitors and supports production flow as needed by keeping the production floor clear.
• Accurately move all finished goods from production to proper inventory location.
• Keep production lines stocked with raw materials
• Assist in warehouse clean-up and re-configuring, as required.
• Participates inventory as required and any other inventory counts.
• Assist in the Hard Tag Department and other departments as needed.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Three (3) years experience shipping all types of parcel and LTL shipments
• Computer proficiency, including data entry
• Experience operating forklift
• Prefer Work experience in a facility utilizing Warehouse Management System (SAP)
• Basic math aptitude
• Good communication skills
• Detail oriented to maintain inventory accuracy
•  Ability to safely operate forklift, battery and propane.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to understand the SAP system and learn the system.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently/
• Team player who can work with others to perform day to day responsibilities.
