Job Description

We are searching for an intern or temp for our Applications Development department!  The intern will be working alongside our Applications Development Director and Principal Design Engineer.  

The Intern/Temp will be assisting in RF and RFID products testing, test data compilation, and providing test result summaries.  The team in Thorofare, NJ will train the Intern/Temp in test procedures and operation of the RF and RFID test equipment.  

Qualifications

Education

  • Undergraduate degree in progress or completed.  Preferred studies in engineering, chemistry, biology, physics or similar.

Experience 

  • Knowledge of, or previous experience with testing RFID labels is a plus, but not required. 
  • Experience with automated test equipment is not required but is desirable.
  • Experience using a Microsoft Windows based personal computer is required. Basic MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills for conducting an analysis of data, presenting the data to the team, and communicating the results to the other business units.

Additional Information

This role will be for 29 hrs/week during normal business hours (8 am to 6 pm). The schedule can be defined by the hired candidate, but will remain consistent week to week once defined.
