Job Description

Elevate Your Career as Group Product Manager, Checkout Business Account

We are seeking a dynamic Group Product Manager to spearhead the growth and evolution of the Checkout Business Account. This pivotal role builds upon our recently launched, all-encompassing Checkout Business Account designed for accessing, storing, managing, and deploying funds in multiple currencies on a global scale.

As the Group Product Manager, you will provide visionary leadership across product, engineering, and business teams. You will empower our merchants by integrating key Checkout.com products such as payouts, interest, and issuing, while also developing groundbreaking features to deliver a comprehensive money management experience.

Building on a robust foundation, you will drive initiatives related to interest, balance management tools, unique utilization of on-platform funds, and global expansion. Your daily responsibilities will include leading a high-performing team, defining strategic vision, understanding customer needs, prioritizing product development, and crafting innovative capabilities and experiences.

Hybrid Working Model: Embrace a collaborative environment with our hybrid model, requiring onsite presence three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in any of our global offices. Enjoy amazing snacks, breakfast, and lunch options during your time in the office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the Checkout Business Account team.

  • Drive delivery of the current product roadmap.

  • Develop and articulate a comprehensive 3-year strategy (defining the what, why, and how).

  • Provide expert guidance on front-end experiences and implementations to meet business and customer needs.

  • Build and nurture strong partnerships with business, product, and technology stakeholders.

  • Ensure alignment with other product and engineering roadmaps.

  • Gain deep insights into Checkout.com’s customers and business.

  • Foster a team culture that embodies Checkout.com’s operating principles.

Qualifications

About You:

  • 10+ years of progressive product management experience.

  • Proven expertise in building user-centric account experiences and managing money movement products (e.g., issuing, interest, payout products).

  • Demonstrated success in developing compelling customer financial propositions.

  • Strong customer-centric approach with a focus on driving adoption.

  • Data-driven mindset, skilled in leveraging data and business insights to guide strategic priorities and product roadmap execution.

  • Customer-first orientation, balancing future opportunities with immediate needs.

  • End-to-end perspective, understanding all critical components for product success.

  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, demonstrating high emotional intelligence and influencing abilities.

  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of inspiring with a shared vision and simplifying complex concepts.

  • Experience navigating the financial regulatory landscape.
