Job Description

Summary:

Focus on enablement of the TA function, to drive efficiency and productivity across the team by supporting the management of key projects and programs, looking after our tools and supporting day to day business operations that help the CKO TA team achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the TA Ops Manager and TA Ops Senior Specialist in project and program logistics, owning tasks and updating the aforementioned on progress and blockers
  • Supporting the TA Ops Senior Specialist in Biz Ops work streams, by pulling reports from our recruitment systems, tools and platforms, and enabling data hygiene across the recruiting tech stack
  • Enabling the execution of the TA Ops Roadmap by responding to day to day project, tooling and programmatic queries and driving project tasks forward
  • Triage requests that come through to the TA Ops Inbox and deal with queries where possible, escalating issues to the Senior Specialist and TA Ops Manager as appropriate
  • Support on the creation of agendas and slides for all-team meetings
  • Ad-hoc operational tasks that arise 

Qualifications

 

  • Experience in problem solving, with scalable solutions and a customer focused mindset, with a focus on Talent Acquisition 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • An eye for detail and thinking ahead
  • A passion for efficiency and enabling others to do their best work
  • Ability to lead a project from conception to completion
  • Technical proficiency to understand the ins and outs of our tools and ensure the TA team optimise the tools available
  • A stickler for process and the ability to hold others accountable to those processes
