Job Description

The role

We're looking for an experienced digital marketer to join us. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll oversee campaigns on multiple channels such as search, PPC, and display.

Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, you'll work together as a team to build an efficient, impactful digital marketing function aimed at building a scalable practice that can drive business growth through quality B2B lead generation. You'll help us define our overarching channel strategy, oversee agency management, track and understand channel performance, and drive channel growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of this business-critical function and take part in building a world-class digital marketing machine. You’ll work closely with our demand generation, events, communications, business intelligence, and commercial organizations to drive acquisition at scale.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Take a leading part in the strategy and execution of our digital lead generation efforts, driving high growth through programmatic and display paid channels (PPC).
  • Measure key metrics, analyze results, formulate new strategies to improve return on investment performance, scale paid media channels, and methodically test the right variables.
  • Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities, unlock new paid channels, market segments, target audiences, creative styles, and effective messaging that can be used to drive incremental growth.
  • Work closely with design and content teams to conceptualize, launch and optimize targeted paid media campaigns that drive demand and raise awareness of our product and brand.
  • Collaborate with Web Strategy, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to ensure channel performance
  • Create and monitor performance reports for all paid channels, sharing optimization and strategy feedback with other team members and keeping a pulse on our paid media spending and returns.
  • Own and maintain key components of our MarTech stack and champion new solutions that will drive improved efficiency and enable new capabilities.
  • Being able to write (when needed) creative copy, using our brand’s messaging and refining it for optimal results - an advantage.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • You have proven experience in the digital marketing/paid acquisition space, running global B2B campaigns at scale.
  • You're familiar with enterprise B2B marketing principles, understand marketing automation workflows and the role of digital marketing in the B2B sales funnel.
  • Expert-level knowledge and proven track record of success in at least one of the following advertising platforms (hands-on): LinkedIn, AdWords, GDN, Bing, Facebook, Taboola, Twitter.
  • Experience working with Google analytics, Salesforce and 6Sense is a plus
  • You have a technical/analytical approach, high attention to detail, and are consistently aspiring to deliver at the highest level to exceed goals.
  • You know how to work with content and design teams to develop new creative directions to optimize campaign performance, and understand how design and copy nuances are perceived by our target audience and impact performance.
  • You're a good communicator who enjoys leading projects end-to-end and driving collaboration across multiple teams.
