Job Description

We are looking for a Help Desk Administrator to join our dynamic Help Desk team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows-based environments, Microsoft 365 services, endpoint management tools, and end-user support, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively assist and train end users.

Major Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to users of Microsoft Windows-based systems, including desktop computers, laptops, and servers.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 apps, software applications, and hardware devices.
• Troubleshoot Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, Exchange Server, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage and support Windows devices using Microsoft Intune MDM.
• Provide basic Mac OS support for end users, including troubleshooting common macOS issues.
• Support Mac device management using Kandji MDM.
• Support printer issues, including cases where users are unable to print.
• Provide end-user training on Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 products, and related services.
• Work with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of the company’s IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Microsoft Windows system administration or Help Desk support.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, Exchange Server, Microsoft 365 apps, and other Microsoft products and services.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune MDM management for Windows device administration.
• Basic knowledge of Mac OS support and Kandji MDM for Mac device management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies is a plus.
• Linux knowledge – Advantage.
