  • Office Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Company Description

Marketing that moves the business forward.

Cybersecurity is changing at extraordinary speed. AI is transforming how businesses operate - and how cyber threats evolve. At Check Point Software, we are at the forefront of this transformation, helping organizations secure their networks, cloud, data, users and AI-driven environments.

We are now looking for a Field Marketing Manager for Sweden & Norway to help us accelerate growth in these two markets. This is much more than a campaign execution role. We are looking for someone who wants to own a market, make things happen and see the direct impact of their work on the business.

The Opportunity

As Field Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our local marketing strategy in Sweden and Norway.

Working closely with Sales, Channel, Corporate Marketing and strategic partners, you will turn business priorities into impactful marketing programs - from account-based marketing and demand generation to C-level events, partner initiatives and digital campaigns.

You will have the autonomy to shape the local agenda, test new ideas, identify opportunities and continuously improve what we do. From the initial idea to execution, follow-up and measurement, you will take ownership of your programs and ensure they deliver real business impact.

Job Description

  • Own the Sweden & Norway marketing strategy, aligned with sales priorities and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute integrated field marketing programs from A to Z, including ABM, demand generation, C-level engagement, executive roundtables, seminars, webinars and other high-impact activities.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales to create engagement and build a healthy marketing-generated pipeline.

  • Develop strategic partner marketing programs with system integrators, technology partners and other key players in the ecosystem.
  • Bring global campaigns to life locally, adapting messaging and activation to the Swedish and Norwegian markets.
  • Drive digital activities across e-mail, social media, paid campaigns and other relevant channels.

  • Create compelling experiences for senior decision-makers and cybersecurity leaders.
  • Manage local marketing budgets and make smart investment decisions based on business impact and ROI.
  • Measure campaign performance, pipeline contribution and conversion -and use the insights to continuously improve.

  • Coordinate agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding execution.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the market and proactively identify new opportunities for Check Point to engage customers and partners.
  • Take ownership of projects beyond your immediate scope when needed and contribute to the success of the wider Northern Europe marketing organization.

Qualifications

Who You Are

You're an experienced B2B marketer who combines strategic thinking with a strong bias for action. You are someone who goes the extra mile because you care about the outcome, not simply because it's on your task list.

You are:

  • Proactive and entrepreneurial - you naturally take initiative and look for ways to create more impact.

  • Highly accountable - when you own something, you own it from start to finish.

  • Sales oriented - you understand that great marketing ultimately needs to contribute to business growth.

  • Hands-on - you're equally comfortable defining the strategy and making sure the last detail of an event is right.

  • Organized and resilient - you can manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment without losing sight of what matters.

  • Collaborative - you know how to build strong relationships with Sales, partners and colleagues across the organization.

  • Challenging status-quo - you're always looking for a better way to do things.

  • A team player who steps up - someone your colleagues can rely on when things get busy and who is happy to take ownership when the wider team needs support.

What You'll Bring

  • 5–7+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within B2B technology, SaaS, cybersecurity or another complex technology environment.
  • Strong experience in field marketing, demand generation and/or ABM.
  • Proven ability to work closely with Sales and translate business objectives into effective marketing programs.
  • Experience with channel and partner marketing.
  • Strong project management and execution skills.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo. Zuddl or similar event platforms are a plus.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and social media.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent Swedish and English. Norwegian is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, approximately 15%.
