Job Description
- Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, checking references, and referring applicants for various open positions across Check Point’s business units in the U.S., Canada, and Latin American markets.
- Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies utilizing external websites.
- Identifying and attracting talented employees. Interviewing and pre-qualifying job candidates for referral to hiring managers.
- Ensuring that all employment efforts comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements as well as with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Developing and maintaining recruiting activity reports through our Applicant Tracking System, Smart Recruiters.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years recruiting/talent acquisition experience, prefer IT/Cyber Security recruiting experience.
- Experience with Cyber Security GTM recruiting preferred.
- Experience with high call volume, sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, and excellent communication skills.
- High energy, highly motivated, and self-directed in face-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to successfully partner with global team members to help ensure the success of a variety of recruiting programs.
- Excellent attention to detail, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and work well in a dynamic, team environment with competing demands.
- Able to manage multiple work streams and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent software skills – Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Copilot, etc.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
