Job Description
What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a high-impact Strategic Account Manager to take ownership of a focused portfolio of approximately five strategic customers and turn long-term partnerships into meaningful growth. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to senior, multi-threaded stakeholders, driving renewals, expansion, cross-sell, and upsell across the full Check Point Infinity portfolio. You’ll play a critical role in protecting revenue, reducing churn, and bringing together Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to deliver measurable outcomes that matter to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas within accounts
Build trusted-advisor relationships with multi-threaded executive contacts
Develop and execute strategic account plans
Drive upsell, cross-sell and whitespace penetration
Minimize churn and maximize retention in assigned accounts
Lead contract and pricing negotiations for renewals and expansions
Orchestrate QBRs and customer success engagements
Use Check Point tools to manage accounts, pipelines and forecast
Coordinate a virtual account team (specialists, SE, etc)
Qualifications
8+ years of B2B sales experience (3+ years in cyber security)
A proven track record of 125%+ net revenue retention and multi-product growth in complex strategic accounts.
Consistent renewal performance above 90% retention.
Confidence building executive-level trusted-advisor relationships that open doors and drive decisions.
Sharp account-planning instincts with the ability to uncover, size, and convert whitespace opportunities.
Strong commercial negotiation skills that protect value, margins, and long-term customer partnerships.
Experience rallying Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support around clear, measurable customer outcomes.
