Join Check Point Services as a Flex Credits Growth Manager, where you will be responsible for driving both the growth and utilization of Flex Credits across the Americas region. This is a quota-carrying role that combines sales, business development, and customer engagement. Working closely with Account Managers, Services Sales teams, and customers, you will help increase Flex Credits adoption, maximize utilization, and drive additional services opportunities across the Check Point Services portfolio.

Job Description

  • Own Flex Credits bookings and utilization targets across the Americas region.
  • Drive adoption by partnering with Account Managers and Services Sales teams to identify and develop opportunities.
  • Proactively engage customers and internal stakeholders to maximize utilization of purchased credits.
  • Position relevant Check Point Services offerings and align them to customer needs, including Professional Services, Incident Response, MDR, Managed Services, Security Assessments, and Training.
  • Act as the regional Flex Credits subject matter expert and trusted advisor to both customers and internal sales teams.
  • Track bookings, utilization, pipeline, and provide recommendations to improve program performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, services sales, business development, customer success, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to create opportunities, influence stakeholders, and drive business results.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and sales organizations.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the value of cybersecurity services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented approach and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required

Advantage

  • Experience with cybersecurity services such as Incident Response, Penetration Testing, MDR, Managed Services, Consulting, or Professional Services.
  • Experience in a quota-carrying, overlay, or specialist sales role.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and pipeline management.
  • Knowledge of the Check Point Services portfolio.
