Job Description

We are developing a series of live education-based Online Wine Experiences and need a production coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, managing and coordinating the overall production schedule, resources, and venues for our global production team. Your mission is to make sure every aspect of our production runs smoothly behind the scenes. 


  • Mapping the schedule, budget, partner details into a production book to be presented before, during, and after the production trips
  • Identifying exciting venues and get in touch with them to schedule production
  • Coordinating all the on-screen personalities and crew to ensure preparedness and adherence to the production schedule and call sheets
  • Own and enforce the signature of talent releases, and travel authorizations
  • Managing equipment and supplies needed for production
  • Following the crew on national and international travel and keeping track of local regulations, visas as well as their personal safety
  • Report to Production Manager and finance team on the budget
  • Process invoices and payments related to media production


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelors degree in Arts, Video, Theater or other production-related area 
  • Fluent in spoken and written French and English
  • Three years experience in a production studio or television environment as a production coordinator or a similar position
  • Good knowledge of software including Google/Microsoft suites and project management tools such as Jira and Asana
  • Graphics and video skills with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools a big plus
  • An eye for detail
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to handle a multitude of tasks
