Job Description

Recruiter- Warehouse & Hourly Administrative Workforce

We’re an employee‑owned wholesale produce company with a deep commitment to quality, service, and the people who make it all happen. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Recruiter who is excited to build and support our core workforce—Warehouse Team Members and Hourly Administrative roles—the backbone of our operation.

This is a highly visible, hands‑on role for someone who loves connecting with people, understands frontline recruiting, and is eager to learn the business from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

As our Recruiter, you’ll be a true partner to the business—out in the field, on the phone, and embedded with the teams you support.

  • Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates for warehouse and hourly administrative positions, including roles such as:
    • Order Selector
    • Warehouse Associate
    • Operations Assistant
    • Operations Administrative Support
    • Receiving / Inventory Administrative Support
    • Logistics or Dispatch Administrative Roles
  • Conduct high‑volume phone screens and guide candidates through a positive, respectful hiring experience
  • Partner closely with supervisors and managers to understand staffing needs and develop thoughtful recruitment strategies
  • Learn our operation firsthand through warehouse tours and time spent with operational and administrative teams
  • Plan and deliver engaging, in‑person onboarding experiences for large groups of new hires
  • Represent our company in the community and help build a strong pipeline of future employee‑owners
  • Continuously improve recruiting approaches to support growth, retention, and service excellence

Qualifications

Who You Are

You’re energized by people, comfortable in fast‑paced environments, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

  • 1-3 years experience with high-volume recruiting or hiring warehouse, customer service, or other hourly administrative roles
  • Comfortable sourcing candidates and spending significant time talking with candidates on the phone
  • Confident partnering with leaders to understand workforce needs and translate them into action
  • Curious and hands‑on—you want to learn the business, not recruit from behind a desk
  • Outgoing, approachable, and able to facilitate group onboarding with confidence and warmth
  • Organized, adaptable, and motivated by building something meaningful
