Charlie Health is seeking a Clinical Director for the virtual outpatient program. The Clinical Director will be responsible for leading a team of therapists, developing program curriculum, and helping to ensure adherence to all licensing and national accreditation guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and implement engaging and dynamic clinical schedule, including the development of curriculum as well as hiring of therapists and group facilitators

· Ensure that clinical services are delivered in accordance with recognized best practices.

· Work with treatment team to develop and implement a treatment plan for each client within their caseload

· Complete timely EMR (Electronic Medical Record) documentation

· Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents.

· Ensure compliance to regulations set forth by The Joint Commission and perform ongoing quality assurance

· Monitor treatment documentation to ensure all notes are included and meets agency and professional standards per DHCS and The Joint Commission standards

· Provide support to UR

· Provide clinical supervision in accordance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

· Maintain and model professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality

· Assist with the development of relationships with key referral sources, participate in networking

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

· Masters or Doctorate (MFT, MSW, PsyD, or PhD)

· Licensure by California Board of Behavioral Services (BBS)

· 3-5 years of experience, preferably in an IOP or PHP

· Experience working with adolescents and families

· Qualified to supervise associates
