Channel37 is seeking a talented senior 3d artist to help with asset production. In this role, you will both create 3d assets and help to supervise outsourced asset production in our new existing IP. As a member of our small but dedicated team, you will be able to help shape the game's direction and contribute to its unique features. • Create and implement high-quality 3D assets, including characters, environments, and props, using Unreal Engine 5.

• Create vendor instruction outlining asset deliverable requirements for 3d models and supervise the production to ensure that assets are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.

• Strong working knowledge of industry-standard software, such as 3ds Max, ZBrush, Blender, Substance Painter/Designer, and Maya.

• Deep understanding of art fundamentals and design (including an understanding of composition, color theory, and lighting).

• Ability to work on both hard surface and organic models.

• Experienced with Unreal Engine 4 or 5.

• Understanding of the PC and console game development process.

• Demonstrate previous experience and skills with an online portfolio.

• Ability to work well with a team, but also organized and independent.
