Reporting to the Director of Business Solutions, the Training Content Creator Student will support the Business Solutions team with preparation and editing of training resources related to systems used by operation staff. 

• Working with our team of subject matter experts to develop training videos and written guides relating to construction software applications.
• Assist in preparation and updating business solution templates.
• Assist in preparing training video scripts.
• Create and manage training content on our intranet page.
• Work with our team of experts to ensure accuracy and consistency of content.
• Creatively look for opportunities to improve content and user experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effortlessly collaborate with others.
• Work to support the team in organization of files.

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft suite program skills
• Strong video editing skills
• Able to work in a team-based environment
• Strong organizations skills
• Experience with Camtasia would be an asset
• Attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Creative
• Experienced in wide range of operational systems
