• Provide legal consultation on questions from Project Team on Contract Terms
• Provide guidance on Dispute Resolution Process
• Aid in insurance discussions
• Aid in bonding discussions
• Aid in risk discussions
• Audit compliance with contract for certain items (i.e. Notices, Change Orders, Dispute Resolution, Project Management Team Records)
• Audit compliance with contract notices
• Draft/Review Notices to Owner
• Review Contemplated Change Requests prior to submission to owner

• Legal diploma and background 
• Computer literate, with strong data entry skills and effective working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
