Job Description

Champions School of Real Estate is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer, who is a highly motivated self-starter, to work at our Online Campus in Austin, TX. This individual will be responsible for design and production for print advertisements and marketing materials, collaborate with the marketing department on initiatives, and provide creative insight on team projects. A strong background in design, superior work ethic, and exceptional communication skills are required for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, produce and schedule all print advertisements, marketing materials, flyers, mailers, and brochures
  • Create book covers and graphics
  • Develop promotional and branding graphics for use across social media platforms and email campaigns
  • Oversee the ordering and shipping of statewide print collateral, including business cards and envelopes
  • Assess the needs of the management team and statewide campuses to create effective marketing solutions
  • Create visual concepts that inform and captivate customers
  • Select layout, colors, text, and images for designs
  • Incorporate changes and recommendations into marketing materials, as needed
  • Review all designs for errors before printing or publishing
  • Create images that identify products and effectively convey the company message
  • Present design ideas and collaborate with team members
  • Adhere to all company brand standards

Qualifications

  • Strong graphic design background
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet all deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Superior problem-solving and follow-up skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of web design, technology and web standards including CSS3 and HTML5
  • Time management and strong organizational skills
  • Video editing and animation skills, a plus
  • Email development skills, a plus
  • Associates Degree or higher
  • Professional appearance
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (candidates will work at campus location)

Additional Information

Compensation: $60k + Monthly Bonus
