Job Description
Champions School of Real Estate is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to work at our Austin, TX Campus. This individual will support the President with day-to-day administrative tasks and serve as a liaison between the President and business associates. A superior work ethic, exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail are required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a wide range of day-to-day administrative tasks on a daily basis for the President
- Schedule all appointments and other communications via Microsoft Outlook calendar invite.
- Provide background information and/or additional supporting documents for scheduled appointments, meetings, speaking engagements, conferences and interviews.
- Assist with Annual Company Retreat and regional Christmas party events
- Keep President apprised of business and personal calendar on a weekly basis.
- Assist with errands for campus events, as needed.
- Review and proofread company communications and flyers.
- Ensure all communications deadlines are met.
- Assist CEO, Vice President and National Communications Director with projects, as needed.
- Review statewide newspapers and industry magazine ads to ensure company advertisements are current.
- Arrange and review all travel arrangements for the CEO and President, as needed. Prepare itinerary, confirm lodging and transportation reservations.
- Maintain good working relations with all business partners, colleagues and organizational contacts.
- Prepares and distributes any meeting notes to staff members.
- Performs other duties, as assigned and directed by the President and CEO.
- Maintain confidentiality with all company materials, documents, and information.

Annual Compensation: $32k + Monthly Incentive Bonus
