As a consultant you work with other students in projects commissioned by external companies and with sales. We work as a team and help each other, which means that we go to meetings together and take full responsibilities for executing and delivering quality and service to our client. Your role means that you also take responsibility for aspects of the sales and the internal project process.

As a WordPress Developer at CTK, you put the customer in focus, use your communicative skills to help the customer, convert their vision into reality. You will work together with a small team in a collaborative and iterative environment with close customer contact and apply your technical skills in an actual project against a business. You always strive to learn, grow and develop both professionally and personally.

As a WordPress developer you should possess the following qualities:

• You have experience with at least one WordPress project from the past.
• It’s easy for you to navigate around with the tools and technology.
• You have some basic understanding of website design principles.

We are looking for University students studying who have interest and/or experience in working in WordPress related projects.

The characteristics we are looking for are as follows:

Recruitment is ongoing and as a part of the onboarding process you will be given a mandatory education. This will give you most of the knowledge and skills required in the role of a consultant. You will get a Mentor during and for some time after your education. This person will help you further until you feel more comfortable. The employment is part-time and covers approximately 10h per week. We get payed for external work, which means when we work in projects. Other time is spent doing sales, internal work, writing quotes, estimate complexity of potential project etc. We also have mandatory staff meetings scheduled on Monday evenings at 17.30 to 19:00.
