Position – Recruitment Resourcer/ Driving and Industrial

Based – Northwest

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Taking inbound calls
  • Dealing with general enquirers
  • Making outbound calls to candidates looking for work
  • Dealing with administration duties
  • Advertising new job vacancies
  • Matching candidates to vacancies and specific companies
  • Registering candidates
  • Building strong relationship with candidates and clients
  • Offering excellent service to candidates and clients
  • Must have own transport and drivers licence We are looking for someone who is interested in the recruitment industry and would like to progress within our company.
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times and represent Challenge Group’s values and professionalism consistently
  • Adhere to all business and client compliance
  • Be able to work 5 days out of 7 working hours to support the business needs
  • 40 hours per week

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven
  • Strong communicators with a sense of humour
  • Ability to work in a high pressured environment
  • Full UK driving license
  • True desire to be develop and offer growth within the company
