Job Description
Position – Recruitment Resourcer/ Driving and Industrial
Based – Northwest
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Taking inbound calls
- Dealing with general enquirers
- Making outbound calls to candidates looking for work
- Dealing with administration duties
- Advertising new job vacancies
- Matching candidates to vacancies and specific companies
- Registering candidates
- Building strong relationship with candidates and clients
- Offering excellent service to candidates and clients
- Must have own transport and drivers licence We are looking for someone who is interested in the recruitment industry and would like to progress within our company.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times and represent Challenge Group’s values and professionalism consistently
- Adhere to all business and client compliance
- Be able to work 5 days out of 7 working hours to support the business needs
- 40 hours per week
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven
- Strong communicators with a sense of humour
- Ability to work in a high pressured environment
- Full UK driving license
- True desire to be develop and offer growth within the company
