Job Description

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Perform customer onboarding including education, web setup, self-service and contact lists.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
  • Guide clients through tech training such as integration.
  • Serve as project lead to help manage client expectations, timelines, external communication and internal communication with tech team.
  • Partner with Sales team to ensure best possible customer service experience.
  • Articulate both technical and non technical business deliverables from clients. 

Qualifications

  • Strong communicator with excellent people skills to interact with various teams inside the company, clients, and vendors.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, 3PL, LTL, project management and/or logistics. 
  • Tech familiarity with EDI and XML would be great.
  • Software sales or implementations experience a plus.
  • Self-motivated work style with effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven customer interaction and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer interaction / customer service skills.
  • Flexible to accommodate changes in the business, strategy, and technology.

  • Headquarters at 1518 Walnut Street in Philadelphia and is situated in one of the best areas of Philadelphia / Rittenhouse Square and can be easily accessed from SEPTA trains to Suburban Station, SEPTA buses and PATCO.
  • Our salary is extremely competitive based on prior skills and experience and we give our employees a flexible work schedule, where you have the ability to work remotely.
  • PTO overview - you are required to use at least 10 days per year with a soft ceiling of 20 days (very flexible if you need to go over).
