This position supports a strategic internal platform initiative to enhance our own digital analytics and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, views, data models, and stored procedures.

• Translate business requirements into technical data solutions.

• Support internal analytics use cases (funnel metrics, engagement tracking, platform KPIs).

• Partner with engineering and product teams to validate data quality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies.

• Contribute to documentation and data governance best practices.

Required Skills

• 3–6+ years SQL development or analytics engineering experience

• Strong experience with complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and performance tuning

• Prior BA/BSA experience working with stakeholders

• Exposure to Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics / Mixpanel or similar tools

• Understanding of databases, schemas, and ETL/ELT data workflows

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Must be able to work onsite in Manhattan Beach, CA

Preferred Skills

• Snowflake / BigQuery / Redshift

• Tableau / Power BI / Looker

• Tag managers (GTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium)

• Scripting (Python preferred)
