Required Skills:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the IT recruitment or staffing industry, specifically in the US market.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the US IT market, including technologies, roles, and the recruitment landscape.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
  • Negotiation Skills: Expertise in negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Goals:

  • Drive a good revenue growth year-over-year by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
  • Successfully onboard new clients within month.
