Indodana (PT Artha Dana Teknologi) is a OJK-licensed financial technology company that operates a credit marketplace for peer-to-peer loans. Our mission is to achieve financial inclusion by enabling lenders to provide loans to the 100 million underbanked Indonesians.

Serving as Indodana’s regional "boots on the ground," this team drives asset performance, cost efficiency, and local trust across four core areas:

• OOH Management: Map high-traffic sites directly with local vendors (bypassing agencies), localize creative materials, and conduct physical audits to eliminate non-performing "ghost sites."
• Media & PR: Build regional journalist networks, distribute localized PR to boost organic SEO, and lead face-to-face media visits to build brand credibility.
• Vendor Management: Act as the regional gateway to source, negotiate, and manage printing and event vendors for optimal pricing and quality.
• POP & In-Store Placement: Secure premier in-store asset placements with local merchants, maintain minimum stock levels, and track contract renewals.

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Area/Field Marketing, Trade Marketing, PR/Media Relations, or Media Agency roles.

• Prior experience working in fast-paced industries such as Financial Services/Fintech, FMCG, or Telecommunications is highly preferred.
