Sales Trainer - Digital Insurance

Job Description

  • Deliver Training: Conduct day-to-day training sessions for sales team members at client sites, strictly following established guidelines.
  • Execute Programs: Implement standardized training programs designed to support daily sales activities and boost team productivity.
  • Track Performance: Monitor training outcomes and administer evaluations to ensure effective implementation and track sales productivity.
  • Maintain Materials: Update and organize training materials (such as slide decks, FAQs, case studies, and assessment modules) based on the standardized templates provided by the Head Office.
  • Material Readiness: Ensure all training assets and information are up to date, organized, and readily available for field deployment.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Organize and support regional teams with all necessary training logistics and maintain training equipment in good condition.
  • Field Compliance: Check and ensure that all marketing materials in the field are installed properly and fully comply with brand standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with PIC Trainers, Placement, and Business Teams to align daily training execution with immediate business needs.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Marketing, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of practical experience in corporate or field training delivery (experience in smartphone/tech training is a strong advantage).
  • Core Skills: Solid public speaking, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to engagingly manage a classroom or in-store environment.
  • Evaluation: Ability to administer and compile pre- and post-training evaluations.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical/soft skills training and strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Execution Traits: Proactive, independent in daily tasks, a strong team player, and highly resilient under pressure.
  • Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for reporting and presentation delivery.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently for field deployments and site visits.
