Collection Strategy Senior Analyst

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain operational monitoring tools (dashboards, automated reports, and KPI tracking systems) to support managers in overseeing processes and making data-driven decisions.
  • Manage the timely and accurate distribution of reports to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring each business unit receives information aligned with its functions and responsibilities.
  • Develop and implement non-financial motivation programs (such as recognition programs, team competitions, and appreciation events) to improve Collection team morale and engagement.
  • Formulate and design new incentive schemes (including incentive scheme backtesting) to ensure effectiveness in driving target achievement while maintaining financial sustainability.
  • Translate Collection business requirements into technical and data specifications that can be processed by the Collection Analytics team.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the Collection Division in coordinating and communicating with relevant internal business units.
  • Prepare periodic operational performance and quality assurance evaluation reports for operational management teams, including improvement recommendations and efficiency enhancement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from Reputable University
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using Big Query and/or SQL
