Job Description

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop monthly budgets and performance targets for the Cash Loan business at Indodana Fintech.
  • Formulate business strategies to ensure growth aligns with predefined targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all programs and experiments are executed as expected.
  • Define customer segmentation based on GMV potential, risk profile, and profit contribution.

Analysis & Performance Monitoring

  • Analyze disbursement trends, customer behavior, and loan application performance to evaluate and refine strategies.
  • Prepare and analyze periodic business performance reports.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements and business development to support long-term sustainability.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with the Risk team to ensure accurate and profitable customer segmentation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Marketing Technology teams to align marketing strategies with budget and customer segments.
  • Partner with Compliance and Finance teams to ensure the business model adheres to applicable regulations and policies.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to ensure optimal product experience aligned with customer segmentation.
  • Engage in additional cross-department collaboration as required to support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Economics, Communication, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Growth, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L) in financial services industries (banking, multifinance, fintech, or digital payments).
  • Strong experience in market, business, and customer segmentation analysis.
  • Demonstrated track record in achieving and managing sales targets.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Solid understanding of the financial services industry, particularly banking and fintech.
  • Ability to develop business strategies, partnership proposals, and marketing plans.
