Job Description

  1. Partner Recruitment: Identify and onboard third-party agents, such as used car dealers and collateral loan agencies, to act as consistent referral channels.
  2. Territory Mapping: Conduct physical and digital market surveys to identify high-potential SME clusters and residential areas for collateralized lending.
  3. Lead Management: Convert incoming inquiries and cold leads into qualified loan applications through proactive follow-ups and CRM tracking.
  4. Initial Pre-Screening: Perform preliminary checks on collateral quality and applicant creditworthiness to ensure high approval rates from the credit team.
  5. Pipeline Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal departments to ensure rapid loan disbursement within agreed service levels.
  6. Competitor Analysis: Monitor the interest rates and Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratios of rival multifinance firms to maintain a competitive product edge.
  7. Micro-Marketing Activation: Organize and execute grassroots promotional events, such as booth setups in traditional markets or community hubs, to capture direct leads.
  8. Account Retention: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing borrowers to facilitate loan top-ups and renewals once they reach eligible payment milestones.
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) 
  • Worked in car & motorcycle leasing companies with similar collateral loan product
  • Have worked in similar position at least 3 years
  • Proficient with Microsoft office
  • Have financial literacy & basic credit analysis for collateral loan
  • Understand regulatory & compliance for multifinance
  • Basic collateral appraisal skills

  • Min TOEFL 500
  • SPPI & APPI certification is a plus
  • Have SIM A or SIM C
