Job Description
- Monitor the daily activities of the Sales team (Promoters, SPL, and MRO) mainly through phone calls.
- Review individual performance and assess how each team member contributes to sales targets.
- Check Promoter attendance and ensure it matches the assigned schedule.
- Track daily team activities, including the number of incoming leads or customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance by verifying attendance and field activities such as customer visits, while helping prevent potential fraud.
- Provide feedback, support, and guidance based on performance data to help the sales team grow and improve.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent. (Fresh graduate are welcome)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar or related role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel.
