Job Description

  • Monitor the daily activities of the Sales team (Promoters, SPL, and MRO) mainly through phone calls.
  • Review individual performance and assess how each team member contributes to sales targets.
  • Check Promoter attendance and ensure it matches the assigned schedule.
  • Track daily team activities, including the number of incoming leads or customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance by verifying attendance and field activities such as customer visits, while helping prevent potential fraud.
  • Provide feedback, support, and guidance based on performance data to help the sales team grow and improve.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent. (Fresh graduate are welcome) 
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar or related role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel.
