Job Description

  • Assist the HR Services team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities
  • ⁠Support the coordination and documentation of performance review processes
  • ⁠Help maintain and organize employee records and HR-related documents
  • ⁠Participate in ongoing HR initiatives and projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate from any major, preferably Psychology, Human Resources, or Management
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • ⁠Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • ⁠Eager to learn and proactive in supporting daily HR activities
